2. Print Placement - Front is the only option that we offer for cap printing at this time.

What is the return policy?
All products purchased from gatorGRAFIX are 100% guaranteed to be free from print errors and any product defects or incorrect order counts/errors within 14 days of receipt of your order.
If you receive a product with any of these problems (that were not in the approved design), please contact us and we will replace the affected items at no charge, or issue a refund for the product.
Due to the nature of custom made items, we cannot accept any returns or issue any refunds based on incorrect sizes, colors, or designs that were incorrectly submitted to us. We want happy customers!!!
Please note: as always the printed size of the logo may appear smaller or larger depending on garment size ordered. You can always add a smaller youth version of your artwork to your gang sheet or a larger one also if needed. We can do that for you too for a nominal art fee of course :)
Do you have any minimums?
gatorGRAFIX does not have any minimums at all. Be aware that very small orders do come at a premium price however. All pricing should be available in each of our different sections within this website.
What is the turn around time on my order?
Most of our DTF gang sheet orders will be printed and shipped within 2-3 days or less depending on our work load. Custom t-shirt and cap orders may take as much as 10 days to ship.
All orders are processed as quickly as possible at gatorGRAFIX. Your actual delivery time will be determined by how long your order will be in transit to your approved shipping address.
We ship via UPS. If you have any questions about your order and it's ship date please feel free to contact us and discuss our best shipping options to keep you happy!
How is the pricing determined on my order?
Pricing is determined by the type and size of the product that is being printed on, the quantity of the items that are to be printed, the number of print locations, as well as a few other variables. The gatorGRAFIX webpage is set up to offer you a price per item, with quantity discounts starting at 48 pieces for most products.
You will be notified if any artwork adjustments are necessary and costs for such will be determined at the beginning of your order up front. All orders are required to be paid up front. Will gatorGRAFIX apply DTF transfers onto my own t-shirts?
Yes indeed, happily! There are a few requirements that have to be met. All garments MUST be brand new. No exceptions here.
gatorGRAFIX can not be held responsible for any problems at all with any garment not purchased through gatorGRAFIX. That includes any type of error on our part no matter how little or small. These situations rarely happen but there is always a small chance that things can go wrong
Does gatorGRAFIX print sports team lettering and numbering?
Yes we do. There is a special DTF section just for you folks that lets you do just that. You can choose the colors that you want, height and width options are also available too.
What shipping options does gatorGRAFIX offer?
We will gladly ship to you with UPS. Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of the number of items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
My artwork doesn't seem to meet the listed requirements, what can I do about that?
You can upload your .png, .ai, .eps, .pdf, or .psd artwork for your project using our in store app or you can email it to us at gatorGRAFIXusa@gmail.com
There is an image upscaler and a background removal tool in the DTF Gangsheet Builder if you need to use it.
